Alison Giesler, Associate
Having grown up in a family of lawyers, one could say that Alison Giesler was pre-destined to work as an attorney herself. But that didn’t stop her from going on her own journey before finding out she was home all along. Prior to going to law school, she worked in live local news in Sherman, Texas as an editor/writer/producer and in Los Angeles for ABC 7 as an assistant. It is this high pressure, think and make decisions on your feet atmosphere that has helped Alison in court. She communicates quickly and effectively with people, is incredibly thorough and prepared. As her father was a Worker’s Compensation lawyer, she grew up in the world and knew while in law school that she would follow in his footsteps. Alison enjoys the act of being in court and providing excellent service to clients. She has also worked in other positions throughout the office, giving her a greater appreciation for how much the staff does across the office.
California born and raised, Alison is currently living in the house her mother grew up in, keeping her and her husband close to her roots. The state’s diverse landscape excites her, as one is so close to the mountains, beach and desert. She’s also recently embarked on a couple big adventures: dog parenthood, adopting a little French bulldog Piglet, and made her first crossing from the California mainland to Catalina on her work in progress, a 28-foot sailboat.
