From the first ba-dum of Law & Order, Daniel Aguilar was hooked—he knew he wanted to be an attorney. That early spark evolved into a career spanning over two decades in Workers’ Compensation law, where Daniel brings a unique combination of legal expertise, personal insight, and dedication to client success.

Daniel began his legal career at State Fund. There, he developed a deep understanding of the complexities and constant evolution of the Workers’ Comp system. Daniel’s approach is shaped by personal experience—watching friends and family navigate the system gives him a client-first mindset. He anticipates challenges before they arise and prides himself on moving each case efficiently from intake to resolution. His favorite part of the job? Winning cases and securing the best outcomes possible for clients.

One of his recent career highlights includes a major trial victory, where he successfully had a potential 100% claim (applicant in a coma) dismissed due to lack of evidence—an outcome that reflects both his strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Born and raised in California, Daniel has spent most of his life in Fresno. He loves that the city still holds a small-town charm while offering plenty to explore. When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys traveling across California and spending time with his young son. He and his wife also share a love for theme parks and escaping to fabulous to Las Vegas.

Dedicated to giving back, Daniel has volunteered with Toys for Tots for over a decade and continues to stay active in community efforts.
