David Allen Cain, Senior Associate

David Allen Cain was inspired to pursue a legal career through his diverse professional background in aviation, military service, and aerospace engineering management, where problem solving, precision, and leadership were essential. After commissioned military service and a ten-year flying career, Mr. Cain earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law and passed the California Bar while serving as a United States Air Force contractor. 

Following law school, Mr. Cain assisted at the national level with the integration of unmanned aircraft into the national airspace system before beginning his legal private legal career representing clients, including a global airline and aerospace manufacturers in aviation, business, and general legal matters. He later represented creditors in bankruptcy proceedings for an AmLaw 100 firm, practiced plaintiff-side personal injury law, and served as defense counsel for a self-insured national rideshare company. Mr. Cain has also defended skilled nursing facilities and residential care facilities for the elderly, and prosecuted unlawful detainer actions in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Mr. Cain began practicing Workers’ Compensation law in 2024, where his broad litigation background and analytical approach allow him to effectively advocate on behalf of clients. He aspires to become a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law.

Outside of work, David enjoys baseball, travel, and serving veterans through his pro bono work. David also mentors aspiring aerospace professionals, volunteering at local airports and funding aerospace activities for underprivileged youth.
