Kenneth Martinez, Senior Associate
Early in Kenneth’s college experience, he went to a career day seminar and heard an attorney speak about their work. This left Kenneth with the thought, maybe a law degree would be a good opportunity to pursue. His determination and work ethic paired with his ability to spot issues while seeing the big picture made it clear this was an excellent decision. He is passionate about fixing a problem in order to give the client good results, working to find an early resolution. Kenneth enjoys Workers’ Compensation specifically because of the opportunity to do different things. There isn’t one day that is exactly the same. Prior to this position, he worked in Landlord Tenant Law for three years in the Bay Area, which is full of technicalities and procedural steps with incredibly strict rules. He uses this experience when looking at new cases, spotting issues and creating a reasonable solution on for clients in order to close files as quickly as possible.
Originally from New York, Kenneth moved to California as a child, and has continued to call the state home. He enjoys being outdoors, exercising, watching movies and reading outside of work, and is a big fan of the Giants, Warriors and 49ers.
