Megan Brown, Director of Finance & Operations

Megan serves as Director of Finance & Operations for the firm, overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative functions that support the firm’s attorneys and staff throughout California. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has played an integral role in the firm’s growth and long-term success, helping guide key business initiatives while ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with firm leadership, Megan oversees financial management, budgeting, human resources, vendor relations, strategic planning, and operational development. She is responsible for implementing processes and systems that support the firm’s continued growth, maintain organizational excellence, and enhance the experience of both employees and clients.

With nearly two decades of experience in law firm administration, Megan’s leadership, financial expertise, and operational oversight help position the firm for continued success while supporting its commitment to exceptional client service.
