Starlin leads the firm’s technology and innovation efforts, overseeing system improvements, technical operations, and strategic initiatives that support KHL’s continued growth. He manages the technology onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring team members are equipped with the hardware, software, system access, and resources needed to succeed from day one. As the firm’s primary technology resource, Starlin works closely with attorneys, staff, and external IT partners to resolve technical challenges, implement solutions, and maintain a seamless remote and in-office work environment. He is continually exploring opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI-driven tools, and process enhancements that help teams work smarter and more effectively. Known for his problem-solving mindset and commitment to exceptional service, Starlin plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s operations, productivity, and long-term success.
