Victoria Vertner

Victoria Vertner, Associate

Victoria Vertner was raised by two criminal defense attorneys, instilling in her a deep passion for truth, justice, and advocacy from a young age. Her diverse background includes experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, and dependency law, providing her with a well-rounded perspective in her current practice. Her commitment to honesty and integrity led her to specialize in Workers’ Compensation, where she feels she can best serve clients by uncovering the truth and advocating for fair treatment.

As an attorney, Victoria is known for her meticulous, honest, and compassionate approach. She believes that achieving justice does not have to be adversarial and emphasizes open, civil communication with opposing counsel to reach equitable solutions. Her passion for research, clarity, and the pursuit of what is fair allows her to deliver exceptional results for her clients, often simplifying complex legal issues to make the process less stressful and more transparent.

Born and raised in Northern California, with a brief stint living abroad in Italy, Victoria now calls Southern California home. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys writing poetry, singing, playing the guitar, hiking, traveling, and reading. She also finds joy in spending time with her cats and meeting new people. Having previously interned at Fresh Lifelines for Youth, teaching teenagers about the law, she is dedicated to making a positive impact both inside and outside the courtroom.
