Michelle Kral & Brian Lerner named Partner!

Karlin, Hiura & LaSota is delighted to announce two new partners. As our firm grows, we are excited to celebrate these two incredible and hard-working attorneys. Both are the ultimate team players, not only building out their own caseloads, but also filling the case loads of others.

Michelle Kral, from our San Jose office, and Brian Lerner, out of our Glendale office are partners of the firm effective January 1, 2020. What a way to kick off the decade!

Michelle Kral started with firm back in 2016. At that time, the Bay Area office was a mess. We went through several attorneys in the office who just weren’t able to satisfy both our needs or our client’s needs. We thought nothing could be done. But then, we found Michelle. Michelle has turned around the office in the years she has been working with us and proved herself to be a brilliant collaborator. And to top it off, she is one of the best litigators in the game securing many take nothings. Along with Tameka, Tiffany and Amal, the Bay Area office is now stronger than we could ever imagine.

Brian Lerner started with the firm back in 2015. From his very first day, we knew Brian was special. His personality along with his superior legal acumen has helped Brian to become one of the top Workers’ Compensation attorneys in the state of California. He has saved clients millions of dollars, which has not gone unnoticed both by us and our clients. Because of this, he has a loyal following of clients and is consistently building the relationships necessary for this firm to thrive and grow. With Brian joining the partnership team, we are confident that this firm is in good hands.
